The host Cristina was extremely accommodating, friendly, and helpful. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. The location was convenient, close to tourist attractions, and had a small yard.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dl 205. Communication with the host was excellent, making check-in and payment a breeze. The apartment was clean, cosy, and had a wonderful location, just a short walk to the touristy areas. We even got an early check-in, which was a bonus since our flight arrived early in the day. The host was very nice and accommodating. we had a great experience at Dl 205 and would highly recommend it.

The fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher turned out to be a lifesaver during our stay. We were able to cook delicious meals just like at home, without having to worry about the cleanliness of the dishes. It made our experience feel even more luxurious, like having a personal chef at our disposal.

I recently stayed at Dl 205 in Porto for several days while visiting. The communication with the host was excellent, and the property was as described. The bed was very comfortable, and the flat extremely clean. Key collection was very easy, and the location was marvelous for my needs. The flats are cozy, clean, and styled beautifully. Our host Cristina was really helpful and responsive to all my questions. Everything was clear, and the location is great, close to all the places we wanted to go to. it was a wonderful experience.
Would recommend this hotel.

Finally a place with free WiFi, and there was even a seating area for me to relax. Oh, and how could I forget the thrill of having the opportunity to use an electric kettle, what a luxury!
Who needs a terrace anyway? I much prefer staring at busy streets with lots of car noise.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in a comfortable, cozy, and modern apartment close to the city center. the apartment was very clean and had all the necessary equipment and furniture. the hostess was friendly and attentive, providing us with valuable information and assistance. It truly felt like a home away from home.
The absence of air conditioning, which required us to open the terrace door at night and experience noise from ongoing repairs in the neighboring house.

I love staying here! The staff gave me water at night when I needed it. This place has everything I need - Wi-Fi, car park, dryer, kettle, pots. Perfect for my city trips. No pets, no smoking. No regrets!

The location of the apartment is great, as it is very close to the center and within walking distance to all the downtown attractions. There is also a grocery store nearby, making it convenient for guests with children. The apartment itself is beautiful, with a modern kitchen and bathroom, and it is kept very clean.
The sofa bed in the apartment is a bit small for two people, which might be a bit uncomfortable for some guests.

For the value we got, Dl 205 exceeded our expectations. The room was clean, modern, and had all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect, close to the center and convenient for grocery shopping and parking. The staff was friendly and the communication with the host was excellent.
When it comes to breakfast choices, it could have been better.
